Getting your body on track

Ready to exercise.

The older adults group exercise class, Bodies On Track, aims to be a safe an effective way to begin an exercise journey.

As they are Accredited Exercise Physiologists who have a deep understanding of human physiology and exercising with a chronic condition or injury, they can design the right exercise program suited to a clients functional capacity and their health and wellbeing goals.

They modify exercises within the group setting to ensure they are doing what is right for their body and fitness level (it’s not all about running or high intensity exercise!).

The group classes consist of strength, balance, falls prevention exercises as well as cardiovascular fitness with regular re-assessments to track their progress.

They keep the participant numbers small to ensure the clients get the individual attention they need per class and to make it easier to have coffee and socialise after their session with the rest of the group.

For those unsure about the right exercises for their health condition or how to start achieving their exercise goals for 2023, come and join the Bodies on Track class knowing they are receiving the expert care of an Accredited Exercise Physiologist. Call them on 07 3870 4119.
