Old favourite summer cocktails

Swifty’s premium beverage house has put together some cocktails for the Christmas/Summer season.

Edinburgh Gin – Classic G and T

The perfect serve – the zesty notes of this classic gin complemented by a garnish of fresh orange peel.

Ingredients

• 50ml Edinburgh Gin

• 125ml of a good quality tonic water

• Garnish with an orange peel twist

Edinburgh Gin East Coast Negroni

Breathe new life into this classic aperitif, with the briny botanicals of our Seaside Gin and a hint of grapefruit to tempt the taste buds.

Ingredients

• 25ml Seaside Gin

• 25ml Suze Liqueur

• 25ml Campari

• 3 dashes of grapefruit bitters

• Sea salt and rosemary to garnish

Tamdhu Distinction – Old Fashioned

Ingredients

• 50mL Tamdhu Distinction

• 1 sugar cube (brown)

• 2 dashes spiced whisky bitters

Stir to dissolve the sugar. Add ice to the mixing glass and stir for 20-30 seconds.

Strain into a rocks glass with 1 large cube of ice and garnish with an orange twist

Spritz Veneziano (No or Low alc version of Aperol Spritz)

Named for its Italian hometown of Venice this version of the popular orange coloured spritz tastes as delicious as the original but with either a fraction or no alcohol at all

Ingredients

• 90ml Mindful Wines non-alcoholic sparkling Wine

• 60ml Palermo Amarino non-alcoholic aperitif

• 30ml Soda Water
